We are, just cooked another last night. Just thought I would share a few of the leftover ideas we've done
for a family of 3:

Night one-Turkey & Noodles: 1/2 a pound of diced turkey. Cooked some egg
noodles & added 1/2 an onion & made a white sauce gravy. Served with rolls

Night two-Goulash: 1/2 a pound of diced turkey. Mixed with a box of
macaroni & cheese. Added 1/2 an onion & a can of tomatoes.

Night three-Pigs in A Blanket: 1/2 a pound of sliced turkey. Wrapped
turkey in a can of biscuits for "pigs in a blanket". Served with french
fries.

Night four-Turkey & Stuffing: 1/2 a pound of diced turkey. Mixed with a
box of Stove-top-stuffing & half an onion. Topped with gravy.

Night five-Manwiches: 1 pound of shredded turkey. Mixed with a bag of
marinara sauce & 1/2 an onion. Served over French Toast.

Have fun :)

I can only deal with turkey twice a year and that is Thanksgiving and Christmas, after that I do not want to see another turkey until the next year. I I prefer the fixings that go with turkey like the corn bread stuffing, candied yams and baked macaroni and cheese. Yummy!

No, I've been finished since Monday after Thanksgiving. Won't eat another until Christmas (maybe) and after that not until next Thanksgiving. I might cook turkey wings, legs, or breast once or twice during the year before Thanksgiving.
