I just caught the end of the show. She was making meatloaf and said it was the best meatloaf you'll ever have. I was watching it at 6:30 am Pacific time zone. Do you have the name of the recipe?

I'm also in Pacific time. I'm watching the Rachael Ray show right now, but Rachael is making "Shepherd's Pie". Maybe the meat loaf was on 30 Minute Meals - unfortunately, that's on at the same time as her new show.
