Someone just told me about this soup with giner, cilantro, turkey and chinese rice. It's simmered for a long time so the rice breaks down and make the soup creamy and thick.
Any help would be appreciated

I'm making a menu of things to have to eat for this up coming week. Anyone have any ideas? I love to cook, but just not sure what I want to make. Its just my husband and I, but if the recipe makes more, thats fine I can downsize it. We eat tons of turkey breast and ground turkey, chicken, ground sirloin and steak. He wont eat pork, I don't do fish. I don't like mushrooms or beans. Other than that, we're good...Please help..Thanks!

hi! i'm not very good at cooking and I've heard that there are such reciepes as 'men's cookies - (well, i'm a woman and i don't think that's a great name for a reciepe btw) - well, here's mine:
two spoonful fluor
one spoonful sugar
one egg
one baking powder
one spoonful milk
---- times as much as you want

- but it's incredibly dry and, of course, has no taste (but well, dough taste).... and my question is, how can I put ingredients into it (yeah cocoa powder's easy, but like, ginger or yogurt or something more or less exotic?) and how can I make it fluffier? or do you have another reciepe?

A "marinade" contains a lot of herbs and spices, sometimes wine or beer is also added. The piece of meat ( in this case here, a rabbit) must be during a long time (12 or 24 H.) remain in the "marinade".
My question is: should the liquid stuff (i.e. the marinade) be cold or warm during all that time.
Thanking in advance.

I love baking homemade bread, but I rarely have the time for it and my second child will be born in January, which means I'll have even less time. I want one of these bread makers for Christmas, but I don't know which one to get. I've read all the reviews on amazon and many other websites, and of course they each have their own pros and cons.

Anyone out there with personal experience on any of these models please give me your honest opinion, especially as to if you feel it's worth the price.

Oh, and has the Breadman TR4000 been discontinued???
