Zapped Potatoes
1. Peel and cut potatoes in cubes.
2. Place in a microwave safe casserole dish with cover.
3. Sprinkle salt over it to taste.
4. Add some crushed garlic and chopped coriander.
5. Drizzle olive oil on top.
6. Zap it in the Microwave until done (Usually 15 minutes will do)
7. Mix ingredients well and transfer to serving dish.
8. Bon Apetit!

Potato Bajji
Just peal potato, put it in cold water.
Heat oil and make thin slices of potato.
Prepare a thick Chana flour paste with little salt.
Dip slice and leave in heated oil. That makes a nice bujji every one likes.
Process is easy taste is bigger. Your son will get a nice reward in school.

Easy & quick
Make mash potatoes like you would normally do, make balls with a scoop or with a spoon, place them on a baking sheet and grate cheese and put it on top of each ball, bake for about half an hour or until cheese browns.

smashed potatoes
1. any amount of white or Yukon gold spuds... quartered
2. boiling water
3. butter, salt , pepper
4. couple slices of cheese
5. potato masher or big spoon
6. small carton of whipping cream
cook the spuds until tender, mashed into big lumps add butter salt and pepper and cream( just enough to make taters moist) bang about and serve
