The one I made is for eating with cheese or meats and basically uses chilli, pepper, ginger and lemon with sugar and pectin I'd like to make some other flavours but can't find any recipes? Also once you have jarred jelly how do you keep it and for how long (fridge/cupboard?)

try a chipolte, mint, lime/pepper and if you like jellies for mints you would probably like chutneys.
