I Love That Stuff so anyone out there who knows please turn me on to it!!!

cracker barrel old country store hasbrown casserole:
1 2 lb. pkg. frozen Hash Browns
16 oz. Sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1/2 C. Chopped onion
2 C. grated Cheddar Cheese **personal note, I like sharp the best

Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in the microwave. In a bowl add minced onions, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup, and melted butter. Mix these items together. Pour soup mixture over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until all is completely warm, and the cheese begins to melt.

Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole 2 lbs frozen hash browns a million/2 cup margarine, melted a million (10 a million/4 ounce) can cream of fowl soup a million pint bitter cream a million/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated a million teaspoon salt a million/4 teaspoon pepper 1Preheat oven to 350F and spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray. 2Mix the above elements mutually, position in prepared pan and bake for 40 5 minutes or till brown on perfect.

Its a secret, no one will be able to give you that recipe...their are some really good hashbrown casserole recipes though.

HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Mix the above ingredients together and bake in a 11x14 baking dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. or until brown on top.

mmmm... that stuff is yummy! Here is a recipe I've used before - delish!

1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns
16 ounces sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter.
In a bowl stir together soup, butter, sour cream, and onion.
Pour soup mixture evenly over hashbrowns.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

i get ill every time i eat at cracker barrel unless i stick to the pancakes... they have good pancakes
