I make vegetarian sushi rolls with avocado, spring onions and cucumber. What other combinations should I try?

try:
- avocado, egg and lettuce
- beans sprouts, firm tofu and onions sauted with some garlic and soy sauce

Many people have misconception about sushi. Sushi does not equals to (raw) fish.

For the vege sushi, Try something different like adding fruits? Or try this, pickles (or gerkins) with olives.

Mmmm! Avocado is a must for me! Other than that I just put whatever I have in the fridge, lol. Red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots and celery are what I prefer :)

Try cucumber strips, radish sprouts, burdok root, pickled daikon radish, tofu!!
