Someone just told me about this soup with giner, cilantro, turkey and chinese rice. It's simmered for a long time so the rice breaks down and make the soup creamy and thick.
Any help would be appreciated

well first this is what you get...get some ginger, turkey, cilantro, and the rice that is a must and pour some turkey broth over it and there you go you have soup, be sure to boil to a simmer.
