I have a loaf of cranberry-orange bread that I think would make a wonderful biscotti--how do I make it?

Technically, no, but this is partly a matter of semantics. "Biscotti" are actually twice-baked cookies, made by baking cookie dough in two long slabs, cutting them into half inch thick pieces, and reheating them to dry them out. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biscotti

But there's no reason you couldn't cut any cake or sweet bread into the right size slices and dry (toast) them to the desired crispness and consistency.
