I've made the chocolate ones before but are there anyother kinds of cookies that you don't have to bake? Like maybe some with different kinds of chocolate chips like butterscotch or white chips. Or even any other recipes. Just make sure you don't have to bake them in the oven!!

Will it still turn out? Should I grease the pot? Should I bake it at a different temperature? Naturally the casserole will be thicker if I use a pot-- will it still cook thoroughly? Thanks. (ps- I am making a tuna, mushroom soup and noodle casserole if that helps).

It's my boyfriend's 23rd birthday coming up, and he will be going to culinary arts school in a few months. He loves informative, cookbooks, gadgets & kitchen stuff. I don't know what to get him, though...he already has a nice set of knives, and many books, but I would LOVE to get any suggestions, because I'm not a cooking person :( Any chefs out there have any opinions? I'm open to every suggestion:) Thank you!
