I like green olives, mayo, onions and ketchup.........mmmmmmmm. Also when I visited my husband in Korea (there with army) we ate cheeseburgers with a fried egg on top. Sounds real gross but was excellent. Good Luck!

In addition to the standard(lettuce, tomato, pickles etc) I love to saute the onion with the burgers in the last few minutes. Then when topping with veggies, put potato chips right on the burger.
We used to get them like this at a little burger joint when we were kids. Folks came from all over the area to eat those burgers.

I also love jalopenoes and chili burgers

OMG: cheese burgers, one of my favorite meals...Now, before we go to the topping, let's make sure that the bun is toasted or even fried in the pan....You want the bun to be cooked, crispy and a little dark...As for toppings, try this...the cheese should be melted...add a little hot mustard (dijon), a little raw garlic and some raw onion (just a thin slice)...Than a good scoop of roast beef gravy.....Use a fork and a knife and enjoy....miam!

The aspects you're using are great... the Worcestershire sauce will probable leach out of the burger jointly as you're cooking it, regardless of the shown fact that it will nonetheless have lots of the flavour. in case you like the burgers tasty, get 80 5% lean floor pink meat, by using fact the better fat content fabric will equivalent huge style and juiciness. i like onions in my burger besides, yet decrease them up great tiny (minced) - they are going to offer a lot of style and not be all chunky interior the burger. they are going to cook dinner interior the patty greater basic, freeing their style, and coming up a delicate texture. attempt to no longer overcook the burger, it's going to dry it out. The burger would not must be brown all the way by way of with a view to be "cooked". the middle ought to have a minimum of a sprint of pink with a view to maintain a lot of juiciness. And undergo in recommendations, the thicker the patty is, the longer it is going to take to cook dinner! prepare on one or 2 previously you leap in to impressing him! you will somewhat get the texture via potential of cooking a pair of them and seeing what the interior appears like once you're achieved.
