A sweet pie? I love apple and blackberry, or blackcurrant.
Savoury? Chicken and mushroom - yum!

I prefer peanut butter with mixed nuts and coconut in a graham cracker crust and topped with whipped cream. They do say that apple is the best, others prefer pudding-type pies.
