Is it advisable to use Marigold HL Pasteurised milk to cook oatmeal, or will it curdle and lose its nutrients and make the oatmeal taste sour?

Or should i use evaporated milk?

Hi, just a quick question for you guys. Coud anyone tell me how i make the soft cheese sauce that you get with nacho's when you go to the cinema or restaurant etc? I have tried my hardest to make it and i just end up with lumpy sludge! lol. If you could tell me how to make it and what ingredients i need that would be great!
PS I won't blame you for the weight gain either! lol.
thanks xxx

Isn't this simply free (?) advertising on Yahoo's service?
They are always recipe questions and involve buying ingredients (at Sainsbury's, evidently?)

My in-laws once served dry, stringy turkey and stuffing that looked like it was run through a blender...bubbles were even rising to the surface. Instead of mashed potatoes, they did sliced potatoes rolled in tomato sauce and onions....and dessert was a cherry jello ring with chopped black olives inside! A vat of mayonaisse was the garnish...WTF?

I have some family members that are away at college, and won't be able to make it home for Thanksgiving. *sigh* Well, to cheer them up, I wanted to make some home made snacks and ship it to them. Obviously, it can't be something that has to be refridgerated, but are there any snacks that can be sent through the mail? Any ideas would be great, just as long as they are snacks that would remind them of Thanksgiving! Thanks!
