Its so simple, cook your pasta as normal. put some cream cheese and a bit of milk in a pan with a bit of salt and pepper until its a little thick then add in some tinned chopped toms (with herbs and onions), then heat and pour over your pasta, you can add grated cheese either in the pan or on top of the whole lot

mozzarella (soft) Parmesan(hard) and garlic to make the difference.
the mozzarella is diced and added to the warm drained pasta the tomatoes are gently heated with the garlic mix the whole lot in a casserole dish grated Parmesan into the oven 10-15 mins at 180 yo ho a party in your mouth.
