The one I make myself.Here's how I do it.

* 1 can tomato paste
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons vinegar
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic crushed
* 4 tablespoons minced onion
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

When it comes to bottled sauces, Stubbs are the best. They taste the most like a good, homemade simmered sauce. There is a hint of sweetness, but not too much. And no fake-tasting smoke flavor.

I used some Chipotle Sauce for Baby Back Ribs at my husbands Bday party and everyone absolutely loved it, a Little spicey, but very good.

Sweet and Sour Mustard Barbeque Sauce
This tasty sauce recipe is made by combining
1/2 cup of prepared yellow mustard,
1/4 cup of cider vinegar,
3 tablespoons of brown sugar (dark),
1/2 teaspoon of paprika,
1/2 teaspoon of Worstershire sauce,
1/2 teaspoon white pepper,
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (powdered), and
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
To mix the ingredients, I find it easiest to add everything to a small, tightly sealing jar, and shake the livin' daylights out of it! Not only do you get a great sauce with this recipe, but you also get a nice little workout!
Sweet and Hot Jalapeno Glaze
The ingredient list for Jalapeno glaze is short...
only sugar,
vinegar,
Jalapenos and
salt
are needed.
To a saucepan, add 1 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 cup of Jalapeno slices, cut about 1/8 inch thick.
Over medium heat, bring the ingredients to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer the glaze for three minutes.
Cover the pan, remove it from the heat, and allow the glaze to cool.
This is a two-for-one recipe.
It makes a jalapeno barbeque sauce,
plus it doubles as a candied jalapeno recipe.
Strain out the jalapeno slices, and be sure to save them,
since they can be used later.
