"entree's" = "entree is"
"entrees" = "more than one entree"
chicken tacos - frozen margaritas
fettuccine w/tuna & sun dried tomatoes - bellinis (frozen and swirled with sangria, perhaps)
meatballsubs - ???
pepper steak over rice - ???
fried jumbo shrimp or walleye sandwiches - Pina Coladas (kind of beachy)
garlic butter steaks - ???
chili in bread bowl - frozen daquiris
It's kind of hard to pair mixed drinks with classier entrees.

pepper steak over rice=sake
garlic butter steaks would go with red wine
chili in a bread bowl, i am thinking kalua and cream or maybe white russian, something like milk

I don't know if you're talking about alcoholic, but here goes.
1- BEER
2- Red/White wine- merlot for red
3- uhm.. beer
4- I'd probably do something like a bloody mary
5- Beer
6- Beer
7- beer
you've chosen most foods to be kind of like a bar food, so that's the best I cn do.

That's a simple menu.
Beer and wine.
Corona and Rolling Rock
White and Red Wine (I would suggest Columbia Crest Grand Estates Chardonnay and Cabernet).
