Is it advisable to use Marigold HL Pasteurised milk to cook oatmeal, or will it curdle and lose its nutrients and make the oatmeal taste sour?

Or should i use evaporated milk?

I use water. I add a little milk to mine after they're cooked.

well my mom use whole milk to cook oatmeal or i think you can use water.

I use regular milk, and put it in the microwave for one minute
