Saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms together in a butter. Just before they are done, dice some of the salami and some tomatoes into the mixture while cooking the spaghetti in salted, boiling water.

Drain the spaghetti and toss it together with the mushroom/butter. etc. mixture. Viola! Lunch is served. :)

make a pasta dish, so cook the spaghetti

in a frypan put a clove of garlic and an 1/2 sliced onion, sweat it (which is basically don't brown it)...add sliced salami (or turkey or both) warm through....

add mushrooms, a couple of tomatoes (2 or 3), olives, origano..stir until cooked. Note this is the sauce, but I wouldn't cook it so low the mushrooms shrivel.

when everything is cooked, put spaghetti on a plate, and put the sauce over the top, with some broken cheese (a mix of the 2 types you have)....

and there is lunch...serve with a big smile...

I cook to taste rather than to a recipe...so you will have to taste as you go along, to make sure you don't need to add more of an ingredient...

Take the potatoes and sliced them into small slices about 1/4 inch thick, and lay them into a a pot with enough water to cover about four potatoes sliced up. Then let them boil for about 10mins remove when slightly soft and drain. Then mash them up and add the plain cheese to make cheesey mash tater's excuse the phrase i'm in the south/ Then take the eggs and scramble the till they are cooked through not browned. and salami to pan when done with eggs and brown the salami. Now take the salami and lay some cheese either type you have, in the center add the eggs and cover with another piece of salami together. Add the two items cooked on a plate serve with ketchup as a condiment. maybe add onion or garlic to eggs if you like that and also if wanted you can slice the tomatoe and add to salami eggs cheese.
