I have a recipe for cheesecake muffins. Little cheesecakes (baked in muffin tins) with a mini peanut butter cup in the middle. Very easy to make and yummy.

The one criticism I get is people are unsure if they like the combination of the cheesecake with the PB. I see their point. It's an unusual combo.

Any ideas on something to put in the middle besides a PB cup? Something that goes more naturally with cheesecake? Still be easy tho?

I work for a non-profit organization that has a soup & chili supper fund-raiser every year. We have a chili recipe we have used for years. The recipe calls for one bunch of celery per roaster. Usually we cut the bunches of celery the morning of the breakfast. This year we are recieving a donation of (2) 10# cans of cut celery. I am trying to figure out what the equivalent would be of that to bunches of celery. Or is there an amount in cups (etc.) per bunch that I can use? Any help would be great.

I love hollandaise sauce at Gojo's a local Japanese steak house! I tried to make it before, but it was the European kind, too creamy not yelow-yellow. I know the steak-house probally is more fatty, however I don't care I love it!!!!

How do I make Japnese Steak house hollandaise sauce? Or known as yellow-sauce.

I've noticed you can now get reduced salt soy sauce. Does that mean regular soy sauce is too salty and therefore bad for you? I often cook fish in soy sauce, is that just like adding loads of salt?
