I work for a non-profit organization that has a soup & chili supper fund-raiser every year. We have a chili recipe we have used for years. The recipe calls for one bunch of celery per roaster. Usually we cut the bunches of celery the morning of the breakfast. This year we are recieving a donation of (2) 10# cans of cut celery. I am trying to figure out what the equivalent would be of that to bunches of celery. Or is there an amount in cups (etc.) per bunch that I can use? Any help would be great.

The best way to find out is to cut up a bunch of celery the same size as the canned celery then measure how many cups it is. Then you'll know how many cups will make a bunch for the canned celery. Good Luck!

Usually a bunch equals about 6 - 8 cups. I would use most all the celery. How many roasters do you make? You may end up chopping more celery if the cans aren't enough. Figure about !/2 can give or take for a roaster.
