Scrambled egg and toast? Quick and easy. Add a knob of butter and a splash of milk to a couple of beaten eggs. I like ot microwave for thirty secs at a time then beat it again to make sure it all cooks nicely. Cook until it's the right consistency for you. Enjoy!!!!

Don't ever make it in a micro wave! It's simple enough as it is.
Gordon Ramsay's is the best. For 2 people, put 4 cold squares--about a centimetre each - of butter into a frying pan-add 3 eggs, a little salt and a little black pepper. Stir it over a high heat but keep removing from the heat every 30 seconds or so,but keep stirring. After about 3 minutes it will be a lovely creamy texture.Serve straight away on warm muffins or toast.NEVER add milk or water.Sacrilege!

If you are on a diet, add tofu to the scrambled eggs. One fifth of average tofu tub adds about 70 calories you sort of mash the tofu and eggs together when you fry it. Fry in Pam or another no stick product. Cut up some onion, tomato, 1/8 avocado adds about 40 calories and a ton of flavor. Most hot sauces have very few calories. Mushrooms, bell pepper slices, Bragg's. Add what you want, read the labels or look up the ingredient. You could add lunch meat, but the tofu adds substance and will last you for a while. I only use one egg for this, 80 calories each, they add up fast.

2 Eggs, a touch of salt and pepper. A splosh of milk, say about 1/4 of a cup depending on how you like your egs and whisk it all together. Micro it for approx 6 minutes, stir after 3 or the top cooks before the bottom.
Tip; use cream rather than milk if possible, not only does it taste hmmmm, but you don't get that watery residue at the bottom of the container.
You can also buy microwavable sausage and bacon these days so you could have a full english within minutes!

first melt some butter in a pan, then add a splash of milk(more butter than milk about triple the butter) add 2 eggs and keep on a lowish heat about 4 for electric 2 or 3 for gas stirring nearly all the time so it dont stick, my favourite to have with this is bacon, mushroom and onion on toast. takes 5-10 mins seconds to eat but it taste real nice....enjoy....mmmm me hungry now cheers.if you have the choice dont micro it it will turn out like rubber....do it this way the eggs will have a nice buttery colour

FYI, I learned from a professional chef that eggs come out fluffier when adding water not milk. Llike all your other answers I used to add milk as well, but no more. Still tastes great and less fuss/muss!
As far as sides instead you might want to consider adding chopped veggies and/or cheese. Sounds like you are bringing this to work, but you could pre-chop some items and bring them in a plastic bag to add to your eggs for some variety. You could eat them in the traditional way or as a sandwich.

Pop two eggs into a bowl with a knob of butter and whisk them a bit, but not too much. Add some salt and pepper and microwave for about 30 seconds. take out and stir, them micorwave again for about 20 seconds and keep doing that until it reaches the texture you like.
You could always have it on toast.
Yum, my fave.

Buy some pre-cooked sausage or ham, use a bit of salt and pepper, add a little milk, toss it all together. Add cheese just a few seconds before it's all done. For a side, buy some english muffins or crossants. Enjoy!

2 eggs, about a tbsp of milk or water, pepper, tbsp butter; whip with fork, put micro on high for 30 seconds; stir and add another 10 secs or so if not completely cooked; bacon can also be done in a few minutes: Paper plate, 4 slices of bacon in between a paper towel, put micro on 2 minutes, check and add in 30 second increments until done....
