I really love a good French Dip! Have your deli person "shave" a pound of rare roast beef, buy a couple of "hoagie"/"grinder"/"wedge" rolls; go to the soup section to buy a couple of cans of good, low sodium beef broth; heat the roast beef in the broth for a few minutes (don't over cook, make sure broth is hot before adding beef); put beef on rolls of your choice and put the broth into individual bowls to dip into...easy!
