I have a recipe for cheesecake muffins. Little cheesecakes (baked in muffin tins) with a mini peanut butter cup in the middle. Very easy to make and yummy.

The one criticism I get is people are unsure if they like the combination of the cheesecake with the PB. I see their point. It's an unusual combo.

Any ideas on something to put in the middle besides a PB cup? Something that goes more naturally with cheesecake? Still be easy tho?

Well, two of my answers have been taken - the chocolate kiss, and the cherry pie filling... so I'm going to suggest a whole fresh strawberry.

First choice would be cherry pie filling -- drop a spoonful in each.

Second choice would be Strawberry Preserves.
