I can't determine the nutrition data of this chicken so can somebody estimate what the calories/proteins/carbs/and fat grams might be? Here is the picture:

(the seasoning has 0 cals/0 fat/0 carbs/0 protein and 125mg sodium)

Thanks.

I know it has some kinda seaweed, sugar, sesame oil.

It just tastes soooooooooooooo good, what kind(s) of seaweed , sesame seeds. How could I make it. I have tried and it was ok. I want to make the real thing instead. It might be my favorite food.

I know that guacamole sauce (is that how you spell, it, if not I mean the green sauce people put on tortilla chips and fajitas and stuff) is high in calories. But is it empty calories or filled with nutrients and things like that? I dont really care how many cals it has, I just want to know if it has any health benefits, and If you can , basically whats in it?
also whats cilantro?

OK, I have been to high tea in San Fancisco, Vancouver(BC), and the one thing I always love is the devonshire cream.
It is sweet, pourable, goes wonderfully over strawberries, or other berries, great for dunking the cookies in....even better in the tea (black currant tea...mmmmm).
But I've not been able to EVER get a recipe for it. It does not use cream cheese like some recipes so.
I thought if I asked in the UK, maybe someone could help me out.
I'd love to make some

I'm getting the impression that people are too busy nowadays to cook a decent meal each day. I lead a busy life but i plan my time carefully in order to get a bit of cooking in.
