Fondue.
Dip fruit, shortbread cookies or a poundcake in a little bit of chocolate and have a healthy (if using fruit)-indulgent dessert.

Fondue: Chopped, quality, good, rich chocolate in a bar (I like dark chocolate), liquor (orange or cherry) and a little bit fat (whole milk, cream)--place in the microwave, stir and dip fresh fruit--strawberries, bananas, cherries, whatever you like.
