cover them and bake at 350 for about 4 to 41/2 hrs.....basting every 30 to 40 minutes .....and the last 45 minute take the cover off so they can brown on top.... 1 would take the same time as two....i hope they will be thawed all they way... and check at 4hrs for sure cause your oven may be off by 25 to 50 degrees in the calibration...

I hope you put those 2 pans in the oven first to see if they are gonna fit. That's a tight fit in a regular size oven and ya gotta be able to slide the rack in and out to bast your birds (with all that weight). It will take about 5 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer placed in the inside thigh muscle reads 185 degrees. Do NOT cover with foil! Baste whenever you get the urge. If the wing tips or some other part get too brown you can cover that little piece with foil or if you think the turkey is getting too brown (I call it Bermuda chicken...like too suntan) then make a foil tent with foil not to really COVER it. I think you're gonna have to cook one at a time but, hey, you may have some very cool oven at hand. Good luck and enjoy cooking those birds!
