Bless her heart, but I would say Paula Dean. I love southern cooking, but have really had to limit that kind of food. (sigh, what I wouldn't give for some really good cheesegrits and fried okra right now. )

Paula Dean. There's at least a pound of butter and cream in everything. Not to say her food isn't good! That's good ol' southern cooking!
Emeril uses pork fat, others fry stuff, but Paula, while I love her, would have to be the unhealthiest.

Probably Paula, but what is "unhealthy" really? I'd probably eat less of Paula's cooking than any of the others.
Emeril, Bobby Flay, and Molto Mario are some other ones that come to mind. They make good food. I chose Paula as the worst because she purposely tries to make foods very rich. She fries fried chicken in shortening. Shortening is horrible for your health.

Paula Dean and then Rachael Ray in second spot. I've yet to see Paula Dean use anything but high calorie/fat ingredients in her recipes. She should be a paid spokeswoman for the pharmaceutical companies. I'd love to see her advertise prescription cholesterol medications, Ya'll...

Paula Deen! She and I are very similar in our cooking styles, real butter and lots of it! Fresh eggs, whole milk, oil for frying.... God bless Southern women!

I'm sorry, but when she says something like
'Y'all wouldn't guess it's a VEGETABLE' and it's totally NOT a vegetable (bleagh) because she's added all this.....CRUD..
We used to like her, but some things she has done recently has completely turned us off, that and the fact that her sons are tacky twits.
I'd rather see Ainsley Harriot, now him,I like.
