How do I know what the nutritional information for a recipe is if it is not listed in like a cookbook or on the back of a brand name product such as say chicken parmesan, ragu style? And also how do I determine the serving sizes for each recipe? Examples pIease. Like is it 1/2 cup for each person per serving or 3/4 cup, etc..? I am trying to lose weight on a 30 fat gram a day diet. My mother is a nurse and she said go by this. It has worked very well in the past. Thanks! =)
