Penne and Masicotti for cooking most of my favorite pasta dishes, but I think Farfalle(bow tie) looks the best when presented well.

Parpadelle is my favorite but its hard to find. When I do see it on a restaurant's menu I usually order it. It's a fat ribbon-like pasta that goes well with ragus and hearty sauces. yum.
