I just tried this yesterday... my boyfriend didnt even notice the difference.

1 box cake mix (any flavor)
1 can diet soda ( any flavor... i use diet cream soda w/ choco cake)

Mix together and bake according to package.

since you're not using the oil and eggs the cake only has like 5 grams of fat per serving instead of 15.

Frosting -

1 pkg sugar free, fat free pudding (made w/ skim milk)
1/2 container lite cool whip

Mix together and frost cooled cake.

Store in refrigerator.

Turkey is healthy and low in fat as it is a lean meat wrapy it tightly in some alfoil with some seasoning a little bit of oil and some flavourings and cook it. Do not baste it with juices let the juices run off. The alfoil should keep the moisture in so that it won't be dry. Use mashed sweet potatoes instead of normal starchy potatoes steam your greens don't fry or boil them. Substituting olive oil does not lower the calorie count, Olive oil has the same amount of calories as any other oil. Give lifestylefood a try.

Since I've been on a low fat/low sodium/low cholesterol diet, I've found the best cake to use is a basic angel food. You can make one from scratch, use a box mix, or buy one already made at the store. You can serve it plain or top it with fresh fruit, or any number of things.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMCys

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I do not have a link but if you buy a sponge cake (VERY low calorie) and top it with a topping (cool whip and cream cheese) and strawberries, it is fabulous! I got the recipe out of a southern living magazine so you might can search their website.

I don't have a particular recipe, but you can substitute applesauce for oil in a lot of baked goods. I have done this with cornbread and also with a box cake mix, and had good results.

All sponge cake recipes are low in fat, and one of the lowest in calories. You can make this even lower by substituting Splenda for the sugar. Sponge cake is also great served with fresh fruit conserve.

One really great way to reduce fat in baked goods (especially cakes) is to replace all or some of the fat with applesauce. This method will also let you reduce some of the sugar in the recipe. Use the natural, unsweetened kind of applesauce and enjoy!!!

a really good one that Weight Watchers had is:
any cake mix but instead of eggs and everything else use a can of pumpkin, not pumkin pie mix, just pumkin with out any sweetener in it and it's like 2 or 3 weight watchers points for a cupcake of that so it shouldnt be to high in calories or fat....

p.s. they're really good!!!
