I want to start the Atkins diet and I need to find foods that I can eat for the induction phase. If you have a complete menu for at least a week I would really appreciate it. I don't want to have to buy the Atkins Diet food products or suppliments.

I have not read the book recently, but to the best of my memory, the induction phase includes foods that do not have any carbohydrates. Basically, you can have meat, fish, poultry, eggs, butter, mayonnaise and that is about it.

This is a relatively unsafe diet and you really should be very careful with it. Be sure to take a good vitamin.

You may also be able to search for it through one of the search engines like yahoo, google, or even ask.com.

Good luck
