I have a powder mix that is non-water soluble - it basically floats around in the water and eventually settles. Does anyone know of a household or commercial kitchen tool or device (preferably not tooo expensive!) that will pulverize dry solids / powders into a water soluble or at least an extremely fine powder?

I want to cook a high in Iron as possible meal for my girlfirend with out serveing her a iron bar before someone says it. So far I have come up with a poached egg served on a bed of spinach, not exactly cuisine. Any one got any better meal ideas?

I've never done a crackling pork and only ate this dish one time. I've asked around and there seem to be many ways of doing it. All I need is one good recipe that works. Plus, I've been told to choose a white skin pork with 1 inch of fat. Why is white skin better then brownish ones?
