Well I like a good Chef Salad with lots of meat and cheese. Carrots are a must, and I like Ranch Dressing. But I also really love a Taco Salad, with ground beef, beans, fresh salsa, sour cream, guacamole all that good stuff...Damn it..Now I'm hungry....

Lettuce mix, spinach (not lately though - lol), shredded carrots, cucumber, olives, cheese, turkey, onion, red bell pepper, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, boiled egg white (no yellow - gag), season salt, fresh lemon juice squeezed all over it with some pineapple chunks on the side. I love a BIG, healthy salad that fills me up but is not fattening!

I like a salad with lots of good mixed spring greens (such as:arugula, mizuna, tat soi, frisee, oakleaf, red chard, radicchio, mustard greens, and radicchio). Then I like it to have great tomatoes in it (not those pastey pink-yellow things that some will try to pass off as a tomato). I love artichokes, black olives, red onion rings, sliced English cucumbers in it. Then I love a tangy olive oil/lemon juice and herb dressing. Yum! I could eat the whole thing!
