Can anyone tell me something else besides egg whites and protien shakes that I can eat for breakfast? Thanks :)

How about ham, canadian bacon, or turkey bacon.

Well, I would just eat the whole egg, yolk and all. I am on the zone diet, which is a balanced diet, where you eat nearly equal amounts of protein and carb grams. It has been successful for me, and I don't feel deprived. Anyways, the egg is a wonderful thing to eat, yolk and all. People freak out because there is cholesterol in the yolk, but there are also essential fatty acids in there that help curb your appetite and fight cravings. If you you don't like eggs at all, go with a steak or a hamburger, most breakfast meats like sausage, bacon, and ham are processed and have complex carbs in them. My usual breakfast is a hard boiled egg and a can of V-8. Tides me over.

The best low carb diet I found was South Beach... using egg beaters is not only low carb but low on cholesterol. I don't think they taste much different than the real thing. good luck with the diet...

Cottage Cheese, Nuts(almonds, Walnuts etc) I do Jerky(Beef & Turkey) some too.

Meat, cheese. It's so limited. I tried it once and lasted about a month.
