Soak them in 1/2 and 1/2 lemon juice & water. Works like a charm everytime.

toss the cut apples in some lemon juice mixed with water...about 25% lemon to 75% water will do. also, some people like to use powdered vitamin C.

put into salt water and soak it until you ready to eat. it also delicious as there are some salty taste on it. Enjoy eating!
