How would you cook an 11 pound zucchini? It's 2 feet long and the skin seems pretty tough, though I'm not sure.

a friend of mines mom used to make peanut butter balls around the holiday season. they were the best, even better than reeses peanut butter cups. just perfect, i think she used chunky peanut butter and they were dipped in chocolate.
