Cinnamon powder, like mentioned earlier is simply ground cinnamon. You will find in your local store.
What we call cinnamon is really "cashia" (spelling?) it is much darker than true cinnamon and alot cheaper. Here in the u.s.a. they fool us into thinking its cinnamon when cinn. is actually MUCH more expensive & lighter in color when ground. They sell it here under the name cinnamon. Cashia works the same, and will do you recipes proud and save you a load of money.

Go to the super market walk past the spice section to the candy isle. Buy a pack of Dentine gum grind it up and there you have it.
