OK, if you want quick and easy without making your own sauce, first boil the pound of ziti. Saute some onion and garlic and mushrooms. Add a couple jars of your favorite sauce, dried basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Toss the drained pasta with it, put it all in a pan and top with tons of mozz, cheddar, and Parmesan, top with sliced olives (green or black). Bake for 30 min. at 350F or until bubbly and beginning to brown.
Serve with garlic bread and a salad.

I do like ricotta cheese in mine but i love cheese, we add sausage, and what ever else pepole like, I am a meat eater, but my EX hubby loved veggies, so I used to cut up onions, and pepepers zuccini egg plant for him and mixed with it.( I left Mine out and cooked seperate, now I make it my way LOL) So if you find a recipe that works, but you dont like the ingredients, make it your way your the chef in the house, your kitchen and your the one eating it. Enjoy sounds yummy too I love cheese and pasta, try it somenight in a white sense, alfredo, and chciken or shrimp, mushrooms, and brocolli, or spinach, sometimes fresh peas too.
