im looking for a place in essex or east anglia where i can buy garlic sauce like the stuff i had on ribs in canada does anyone know where i can buy some . its in a jar like dolmio and its almost black in colour cheers

I have to be honest, I don't know.
BUT
You could try making your own.
You need garlic, bottled.
Dark soy sauce.
Put the garlic in a food processor with a tablespoon of soy and blitz it till amalgamated.
Adjust for flavour with soy.
This has good keeping qualities.
