I want to make them like the ones you get at KFC. I really hate fast food and I've tried to stop eating it, except for maybe In-n-Out, so I'd appreciate it if someone knows any recipes that produces a crisp, golden skin.

Meat kinda grosses me out in a stew-style dish, so I want to make a vegeterian version of chili and want to make it as vegetable-ful as possible! Any suggestions?

I come from Pennsylvania, but haven't lived there in a long time. I've got an intense craving for chicken bbq like they make back home, however, when I try to search for the recipe, I only come up with bbq chicken, which is totally different. What I'm looking for is pulled chicken (white-ish in color, not red) that you eat on a bun. Nothing at all to do with grilling or bbq sauce, so it's kind of a misnomer. Thanks.

No tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, broccoli or califlower. My daughter has allergies. Also we don't like fish but we do like to eat healthy - alot of chicken. Nothing too spicy either. Anyone up for the challenge?

I am honing my cooking skills daily. I can follow a recipe to a tee. I can make a mean homemade pizza, but when my mom cooks there is something about the seasonings and the smells that are so good. I just cant seem to duplicate the skills.
