I usually mix up a raw egg then roll in flour,I have no egg at the moment and need an alternative.

I use milk sometimes, or mayonnaise, which is eggbased.

Just make sure the chicken is a little moist, get a bag, pour the flour in it, drop the chicken in the bag and start shaking.

slightly wet the chicken. Then put the flour in a baggie and coat shake-n-bake style.

i make buffalo wings all the time and i just dip them in milk, flour w/seasonin, milk, and flour.

milk/water/beer any liquid you like really that's edible.
I usually mix milk and egg and
then dredge it in bread crumbs and cornstarch
