What are some good side dishes for tacos?

Besides the usual rice and beans you could make a "Latin fruit salad".Cut up some mango,papaya,pineapple and strawberries.Toss it with fresh lime juice and honey.If you really want to make an impression,skewer the fruit on bamboo sticks and grill them before tossing with the lime and honey.

Since tacos already have the veggies how about a light and cool dessert, like Italian Ice or fruit salad. Well,What ever you have enjoy your meal.

Spanish rice...cheater version, cook 1c dry rice, add about 1/4 c your favourite picante sauce when the rice is finished cooking. Add more sauce as needed. ; )

Black beans also go well with tacos.

Queso fresco, avocados, shredded jicama, jalapenos, a spicy sauce, aji, a nice mojito sauce if it's fish tacos.
