Put a box of Arm and Hammer Baking Soda. They make them now just for the fridge and freezer. Should help.

Put a small box of arm and hammer baking soda in he freezer. Open the box a little and put it in the back.

Get freezer bags heavy duty and some baking soda , I sometimes wrap my meat up in butcher paper then put in my freezer bags or, if you buy packages from store, i just tuck them into freezer bags and wash them out if nothings leaked into them
