i've not eaten all day, my hang over has just subsided having had a fair go at trying to drink enough white russians to occupy a small eastern block state.

I love red meat!!!!!!!! Who here has a real good recipe from anything to a Tri-Tip Rub or a Sirloin Marinade. And please no pretenders, we know who you are, you BBQed last Sunday for the first time and now think your a Chef. HA!

I have a bunch of small apples from an apple tree, and I know I had made an apple sauce a few years ago, but there was very little ingredients, just apples and and maybe sugar or water, I can't remember. But I would also like to see some with cinamon too, if that is possible. I want to can the sauce also.

I need a recipe, for ' Rosti, with Lamb cutletts, and red currant juice. If anyone has a recipe for beetroot chips, that would be really handy, too. Do you ever get suspicious people are just cutting and pasting a lot of recipes that they find on other websites to recipe and menu questions? I mean it's okay if they list a source but some people are fobbing this stuff off like they made it up theirselves.
