Chipotle Mango Barbeque Sauce
1 teaspoon pureed chipotle chiles
1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons molasses
2 teaspoons creole mustard or whole grain mustard
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1/4 cup onions, chopped
2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 pinch black pepper
1/2-2/3 cup diced mangoes
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine ALl ingredients EXCEPT MANGO.
Process until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Scrape down sides with a rubber spatula.
Pulse 2 or 3 times.
Fold in diced mango and refrigerate overnight before using.
Taste great over pork.

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Freshly ground black pepper
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and crushed pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 45 seconds. Add the tomato paste and cook, stirring, until lightly browned, about 1 minute more.
Add the tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until deep red in color and reduced to about 4 cups, about 25 minutes. Season with pepper to taste. Use now, or store, covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.

D.B.'S BBQ SAUCE
1 1/2 qt. little pigs BBQ sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. creole seasoning
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Then use to put on meat on the grill or cook meat and then put in a roaster and pour sauce over meat and cook in the oven or on BBQ Pit for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until desired tenderness.

Honey, beer, add these to Jack Daniels smokey BBQ sauce. Its fantastic!!
If you need any spice rubs look into Grill masters they have dry & wet rubs. The wet rubs are thick, very thick and make the meats taste OHH Sooo Good.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, celery and garlic until soft and translucent. Stir in ketchup, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

two dessert spoons sugar
2 cups water
place in pot boil up you can use it as a marinade or coat your meat afterwards.
