hey is anybody there who know the recipe of potatoes with skin or cheese potatoes.......plz give me the recipe.........

Perfect Baked Potato

Ingredients
1 Medium baking potato
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Butter
1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
1 Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Scrub the potato, and pierce the skin several times with a

knife or fork. Rub the skin with olive oil, then with salt.

2 Place the potato in the preheated oven, and bake for 90

minutes, or until slightly soft and golden brown. Slice the

potato down the center, and serve with butter and black

pepper. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top, if desired.

Here's a really easy and cheesy recipe for microwave scalloped potatoes. They are yummy!

4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 T. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cup milk
1 T. butter
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Grease a 2 1/2 quart glass baking dish. Arrange sliced potatoes in dish and sprinkle with flour, salt, and onion; mix lightly. Stir in milk and dot with butter. Cook, covered in microwave 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes. Rest, covered 5 minutes (the potatoes, not you!) Gently stir in cheese and top with parsley flakes.

Cheesy Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 pint sour cream
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
4 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal squares
2/3 cup butter

DIRECTIONS:
Place hash browns in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper until well combined. Pour over hash browns. Crush the cereal and mix with the butter. Sprinkle mixture over soup layer. Cover and let rest in refrigerator 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, until golden, hot and bubbly.
