Grill a couple of chicken breasts, marinated in italian dressingfor an hour, or so. Get some portabella mushroom caps, and sprinkle them with italian dressing right before putting them on the grill just about 10 minutes before the chicken gets done. Turn the mushrooms a couple of times just as you would a burger, then right before they are done, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on each mushroom cap. Serve with a veggie, maybe broccoli, or yellow squash.

Enjoy.

Stevo.

Try this easy open-face sandwich

Toast a piece of bread, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on it

add a big thick slice of home grown tomato on it, sprinkled with salt and pepper

add slices of cooked bacon on top of the tomato

cover with slices of velveeta cheese so it covers the whole sandwich (You need to use Velveeta, it melts better than regular cheese - I’ve tried regular cheese and it is not nearly as good for this sandwich)

broil in the oven until cheese melts (not too long you will need to watch it carefully so it doesn't catch on fire)

Enjoy!!

A good steak is always a great idea - with a potato - but if you need to really get your tummy full because you drank too much, try Chicken rice - it is easy and delicious. All you need is a couple cups of rice, bite size pieces of chicken and a can of mushroom soup. Mix it all together. Eat. Feel better. :) Good luck - I feel your pain today as well as I misbehaved with the liquor last night.

If you are looking for something quick then I would try spagetti bake. it is real simple.
Brown ground beef with an onion and green pepper while you are boiling spaghetti noodles.
add cream of mushroon soup to the ground beef mixture.
In a baking dish start with ground beef mixture and layer mixture then spaghett, cheese and keep going until you end with mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. this is a hit with all of my family and friends.

Hamburger Helper. The stroganoff version is really good. Use extra-lean ground beef so you won't have to drain off any grease. Be sure to have a pint of milk on hand. You'll probably get about 2 servings out of it and it makes good left-overs.

Make some pasta with alfredo sauce. Some lemon peppered piccata chicken and some mashed potatoes. Serve together with some garlic bread and a good red wine.

A nice big salad with fresh veggies and a grilled chicken breast on it would be good. Or if you feel the need for red meat you can grill a steak instead of chicken.
