First you have marinade the ribs ahead of time, preferably 8-12 hours but at least 4 hours to get the flavor in there. Put your ribs into a container, like a big salad bowl or something like that. Depending on how much ribs you have, prepare the following accordingly: onions, garlic, green onions, and Coke or Pepsi. Chop or mince the onion, garlic, and green onion. Definitely use more onions as they will sweeten ribs up. If you hate the smell or tastes of onions and garlics, don't worry about it, you will not taste them at all when you cook the ribs. Now chop, mince, or put all the onions, garlics, and green onions into a processor and let it do the job. Poor the can of Coke/Pepsi onto the ribs and mix the other ingredients in. Let it sit a few hours and you're ready to go.

This is great for beef or pork ribs.
First I brown the ribs, add water, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Drain liquid.
In a saucepan add:
1/4 cup catsup 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup fine chopped onion 1/2 cup brown sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste A pinch of Mrs. Dash (original)
Bring this to a boil. Then remove from heat.
In a baking dish put the ribs. Pour Sauce over the top. Bake in a 350* oven until the Sauce is a dark red-carmel color. Sauce should be thick. Yummy.
I like twice baked potatoes to go with this.
I usually bake my potatoes in micro, some prefer to oven-bake them. Oven-baked? Start them when you start the ribs. Once the taters are tender, cut them in half. Scoop out and put into bowl. Add sour cream to potatoes, milk, butter. Salt pepper. Whip this all together, and put back into potato shells. Sprinkle paprika on top, and if you like some shredded cheddar cheese, return to oven, until lightly browned. It only takes a few minutes.
