I am an American living in the UK wanting to bake an Oatmeal Cake from an American receipe that calls for Molassis. However, no one in the UK that I've spoken to (including Asda) has ever heard of Molassis. I'm wondering if there is another name for it here. Please help.

My sister is coming to visit me in Canada from Las Vegas. Her husband was from Georgia and I know that she eats a lot of food that was traditional in Georgia. ( dishes with different kinds of beans, etc.) I would like to make something for at least a couple of meals that are more in line with what she is accustomed to. Does anyone have any simple recipes they could suggest. Nothing too expensive or extravagant please because I am handicapped and on a limited budget. Thankyou.

My husband loves it on his steak. I put it on my steak and all you taste is the A1 so what is the point of using it?. You cant taste the steak. Might as well put it on a hot dog it would be a lot cheaper then the steak.
