This is a moist orange cake and has an orange icing sort of topping its really hard to find this recipwe anywhere can anyone help that has it?

I've tried all the sites I know of for a "dondis" orange cake, but without success...
Can you give us a little more info? Like what country you (or she) came from - sometimes knowing if it's a european vs asian thing makes a difference in searching.
